In 1994 with the desire to be in business, the Rinso Group, Inc was formed with a partner to carry on business in computers and software development in Maryland and Delaware areas. In 1995 we got the training to become Tax, Accounting and Payroll practitioners. However, in 2004 as partners we decided to separate the business operations to each state namely Maryland and Delaware respectively. Therefore, from that point Maryland branch became TLT TAX & BUSINESS SERVICES with the same proprietorship.
